Any suggestion on what control panel can support exchange email hosting?

Website Panel supports it, but that is all I know of, I'm sure there are probably others.

Plesk (Parallels Operations Automation), HostingController and EMS-Cortex support Exchange. As mentioned WebSitePanel does as well and that's certainly the most cost effective option (free), but limited community based support.

+1 for EMS-Cortex and WebsitePanel. With regards to WebsitePanel support, Microsoft provides paid support for it as well: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wspsupport/thread/4be2e624-fe4d-4375-a969-3fbde585e4bd

I have been to the microsoft website at http://social.msdn.microsoft.com and found the following:
"Microsoft will not provide support for Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 with WebsitePanel. Multi-tenancy in Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 is not supported by Microsoft. WebsitePanel implemented Exchange segregation using the guidance provided in this White Paper. The technique documented in this white paper is not supported by Microsoft and consequently not supported under the paid support from Microsoft for WebsitePanel."
So, do make a decision by first keeping everything in view since later your clients would have to suffer because of it.
