I have an LLC formed in California. I currently reside in California and the other member resides in England. There is the possibility that I will be moving out of state. I need to know the implications of such a move, in particular:

What is involved with keeping the company operating should I move?
What are the tax implications? Will I have to pay taxes in California and the state I have moved to?

I am looking for someone knowledgeable in this area to provide me with the answers to these questions and any other advice or information pertinent to my decision of whether or not to keep the company operating should I move out of state.
