I am new to the board and find it a great place to get info. I am confused why some hosters are "bleeped" out. My hoster, ***********, is ******* in many places as are others. Why is this? I saw one explanation having to do with spam or something of that sort. My hoster has a strict AUP so I do not think that is it. Can anyone help??

A company gets * out when they have broken the rules more than once. It's usually for spamming or advertising in the wrong forums.

I guess I will contact my hoster and find out what happened. Do they post the offenses somewhere?

No, they don't post them at all. However you can email or PM the mods and they may tell you.
