You won't be able to because the minimum amount of letters is three , not two ;)

Nominet UK (http://www.nominet.org.uk) allow two character .co.uk Domain Names if one character is a letter and the other a number. Two letter Domain Names are not allowed.

There are a few around though - bt.co.uk being an example - this must have been registered in the days before Nominet.

You won't be able to register sl.co.uk.
