My server has been down for at least 9 hrs now. I've tried opening tickets and calling in, but your HelpDesk seems to be out of commission and the one ticket that went through doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Same here, my server was down most of yesterday, I recreated a ticket and it was resolved about 2 hours after that. The server was up for about and hour then went back down. I entered another ticket about 12:00 AM and no repsonse yet :(

I saw your post earlier rewdog, I guess I'm glad it's not just me. I have several hundred customers on this server ... I was hoping someone at support would reply overnight because things are going to be pretty ugly for me.
I can't even get their HelpDesk to work, every time I submit something, the connection dies ... the one time a ticket went through was when I used my Hotmail address and that ticket isn't listed anymore.

I wish they offered remote reboots, 13 hours for probably just a reboot really hurts.

We'll be moving providers if we don't get back up soon, its very hard to take calls from the customers with zero information from the provider about what the problem is/was/when it can be resolved. We're losing customers.. I'd understand if they didn't want to fix something because it was our hardware and we were colocating (As our other servers are) but we are paying for a very good ibm server as well as the bandwidth and at least enough support to push a reboot button within 12 hours.
They're usually prompt in answering support tickets, but if it's been for a few hours, it's better to call them.
The last time my servers were down (due to kernel panic not understand what it meant though), they fixed it in less than an hour :)

I have called, all the numbers they have. When I press 1 for emegergency support it forwards to another number which is encouraging, till I get the "Ding ding ding, We're sorry, your number could not be completed as dial. Please check the number and call again"
twrs, which number do you usually call? Can you PM it to me? Thanks.

Yeah, it's about 12 hours now, this is really hurting. I'm gonna try calling in again, usually they're very prompt and I'm surprised no one from their team has posted here yet.
