When you sell a domain do you make the buyer sign a document like a sale agreement or contract with the details of the sale? I would want something to protect me from any possible future issues with that domain. Is that overkill? I would think a few lines would be all that is needed. If anyone uses one do you mind sharing and posting it?

It depends on the price of the domain, but I think a presale agreement, and a after sale reciept may be in order.
