I have installed it, but it did not work.
So I made it so it did incremental procesing, then I changed the time of the server back to 3.58am and waited till server time was 4 till cron daily runs but still it did not work.
Was i wrong in thinking I codul just change back the time to get cron daily to run again.
My server is a raq 4 and I am using rackshack so if any of you have got this to work on rack shack server tell me how you did it.
Webalizer may not be the way to go. Check the cobalt site for direction - http://www.cobalt.com/solutions/isp/urchin.analysis.html

That products expensive since all I want to know is visitor numbers, I could not afford that even if I dreamed LOL.
If you are just supporting your own URL's the free stats packages are fine. If you are supporting clients - maybe not. There are two types of hosting clients - The ones that don't depend on there web presence, and thoes that do. The former generally want the cheepest price point avalible (I see host's offering all sorts for $7.99 a month - not a business model)
People wo care about thier web presence are willing to pay a premium for service and feature set.

What version of Webalizer have you installed? Is it the one supplied by Cobalt (1.30), or a newer version obtained somewhere else?
For me, Webalizer works fine. All I had to do was copy the .pkg file. Only problem I'm having is that usage by country will only show 100% unresolved, instead of listing say 60% United States, 30% Canada, 5% Germany, and so on. What's up with that, any suggestions on how this can be fixed?
Thank you. :)

To fix that you will need to go into your httpd.conf file and change the hostnamelookups to on.
