I'm looking for a dedicated server with Linux/Unix (Red Hat or FreeBSD).

I'd like at least a 30gb hard drive and at least 200 gb bandwidth. IDE is fine for the hard drive, and a reasonable amount of RAM for a small hosting company...maybe 256 or 512? I'd like to pay under $100 a month and this price would INCLUDE a CPanel/WHM lisence. I'm also looking to not pay and extremely high setup fee.

Try posting this in the Web Hosting Requests forum. That way companies can make offers. Off the top of my head you might want to checkout Nocster.com since they offer CPanel/WHM for an extra 20.00 per month. $99.00 a month w/ CPanel/WHM is really really cheap.

I looked at Nocster.com, but their setup fee is outrageous, and I dont't think I need that large a hard drive. :/

Did you look at these servers they have? They may not be the biggest or fastest but they fit your price range :)
