What do you do if your client used all traffic he had for a month?
1) Do you just block his site?
2) Do you charge him without a notice?
3) Or you inform him about it and let him to add money his balance?
Thank you

Notify him and bill him. If he chooses not to pay the bill stop his site for the month.
If you really want to be nice - warn him this month and enforce it next month.
Bottom line you can't give away your bandwidth. :)

If you have a TOS do what the TOS says... or be generous :) Most are normally basic and include letting the client know he has surpassed his quota and will be billed extra.

You could tell them when their limit is approaching.
Now, I suggest you following HostDirs.com advice.
Thank you guys, could you explain me in my another thread about 2checkout how can I charge client if he used bandwidth more then limit?
