Hi all,

Strangest thing. Since a while I am unable to send mail to @aol email accounts. Customers just never receive it.

I send it. It goes out. No error message comes back indicating the mail is rejected or could not be delivered for some reason.

Yet the customers never receive it!

Anyone have similar experiences or know what is causing this? Used to be no problem before...
Also if I use my personal email address instead of the company email address it they receive it without a problem.

make sure you have a reverse dns entry for the mail server ip address.

Can users @ aol send emails to users on your network?

Have AOL check their blacklists, and do a search on WHT for SPAM filtering. Could be you wound up in a cruddy virtual blacklist that doesn't send any headers back.

If all else fails, change your hostname/ip (if you use Plesk just change the IP)
