View Full Version : Welcome Letter Creation

I know this might sound trivial to many of you:

Does anyone know of a 'stand-alone welcome letter creator'? I can handle creating accounts, but having to manually go in and edit the e-mail I send as a welcome letter (with information such as username, domain information, etc) has become a chore (especially when I can’t have a staff member devoted to that service). I'm basically looking for a script or program with mail-merge-like functionality. I want to be able to fill in the blanks and have it auto insert those values into the letter.

This would save me a lot of time. Thanks in advance

This will probably be the most unhelpful reply ever, but it might jog someone elses memory....specifically, someone who is not as tired as I am.

Someone posted a file here (I think in the general discussion forum) that is just what you are looking for. I believe it was called plesk.zip, or something similar. I actually use it for what you are talking about.

Good luck in finding it.

Welcome letter maker seems okay, but there is no contact link. I simply want to know exactly how I would have to customize the software. I don't want to end up having to recode the entire thing.

Thanks for everything so far... any other ideas or suggestions from the gallery?

Thanks again.

Darph Bobo, could you upload that file somewhere so we can all download it, if you still have it on your computer, that is. Does anyone else have it?

Thank you SO MUCH Editor! You have no idea what a great help this is to me.

If there is anything I can do to repay you, please tell me. I'm willing to donate a few bucks at least if you'd like.

Thanks again!
