Just for my personnal information, a question relating to dedicated server and bandwidth. Approximately how many GB does 1Mbps represent?
Thanks

That much? Gee I has no idea. So how much would it cost roughly to get one of those?

Check out the Dedicated Servers Special forum and the Webhosting Requests forum, there are always deals in there.

324Gb for downstream and 324Gb for upstream, is it correct?

Well, that would make it 2mbps ;)

Just think of the datapipe as a water tube or a tunnel. A 1Mbps line can handle 324gb of data through the pipe (upstream + downstream total).

Typically, you will get a higher level of downstream than upstream since you would be getting more visitors to your site than you trying to ftp and update pages. In any case, it could work the other way round if you are providing a remote harddisk facilities or a backup service.

Normally $99.00+

It all really depends on the server, network, company, etc. If you search the Dedicated forum and the Requests forum you will see what companies offer this :)
