I am looking for a good merchant account. I am looking for inexpensive but quality service. Any recommendations? I have looked at charge.com, is there anything better out there?

We use cardservice international. I wouldnt consider them cheap but their service has been top notch in my experiences. I determine the value of a product or service by its ability to do its job and do it well, not by the dollar amount attached to it. (unless it is an outrageous price of course). You can check them out at www.cardservice.com. Good luck in your search. captnroger 05-02-2001, 10:35 PM Recently signed up with Cardservice International...TIP..wait until the end of the month, you will be able to talk them down from their standard monthly rates. I saved $15.00 per month off their standard gateway fee. SI-Chris 05-03-2001, 04:09 AM Check out http://www.ezmerchantaccounts.com . If you have any questions about their service or merchant accounts in general, the guy that runs it is named Barry--you should talk to him. dektong 05-03-2001, 04:21 AM I can't seem to find their rates/prices... anybody knows? cheers, patrickw 05-03-2001, 07:47 AM I use MerchantBankCard.com - they were very fast in approving me and getting everything setup. I use Authorize.net to actually capture the funds. No complaints here at all from either of these services.... iBiz 05-03-2001, 10:37 AM If you don't want the added expence of a merchant account yet and want someone else handling your billing, you could try www.instabill.com or www.revecom.com , they are both very similiar. Martie 05-03-2001, 11:11 AM helpful info of all kinds, including listings of providers. http://www.onlineorders.net Marty 05-03-2001, 11:56 AM I am using Revecom now. I would not recommend them at the moment. I have experienced several instances of down time over the past couple of weeks. They are also not delivering on promised upgrades, etc. I want a true merchant account where I can have my own payment pages, on my server, using a secure certificate. Anybody have experience with charge.com or sfcommerce.com Would either of these allow me to do what I want. |
