I need some advice on my current problem.

I need a good newsletter system to email all of my hosting customers at one time. We don't use an online ticketing system of any sort (we use email, or support forms instead).

I would prefer something simple, that supports HTML in the messages. I would prefer something Free or low cost as well. I have experimented with some, and they were all pretty poor quality.

Any recommendations?

hmmmm, are you familiar with the PHP or Perl? It's pretty easy to code such a script yourself :) Nothing is better than your own code (well, if the project/software is not that complicated)..

but I suggest you check out cgi-resources.com, freshmeat.net or sourceforge.net -- you will find some open-source and freeware products there

Try GroupMail from www.infacta.com . I've used it for a couple of years and it is quite the feature-rich program. Sounds like their free version will do the trick for you.

Good recommendation Vito, I will play with the free version of INFACTA, it has a 100 recipient limit though - which is an issue for me (unless I buy it of course).

Still looking for something unrestricted, and F R E E or <$50, without having to do any coding. Most coding I would have to pay someone for - since it is not my personal area of focus.

Well, the 100 recipient limit is only for how many you can send out with ONE click of the mouse. For instance, I had a membership list of about 800 on another site. It just meant that I had to do 8 "Partial Send"s. So it took me an extra 5 minutes to sit and wait for each batch to be processed before sending out the next. No big deal...
