Hi,
We have several virtual sites on a virtual server. We have two ISPs in our country and we can easily open these sites from both ISPs.
After we move some of our virtual sites to our cobalt server we could open any of these sites as usual from one of the ISPs but when trying to open it from the other ISP we had an error message "Page not found", then we tried to open the sites by their IPs from that ISP the sites opened easily, we tried then to close the IE window and tried again to open the sites by there names they were opened easily. So to summarize our problem with one of the ISPs we cannot open any site by name unless we have to open it first by its IP then try later to open it by name. When we close the IE window and the connection with this ISP and open the connection again the problem repeated and we cannot open the site unless we open it first with its IP. Please note that this site is usually opened when it was on the old server and that ISP does not have a web cache server.
Can anybody tell us what's the problem and how to fix it?
We appreciate your help, and thanks in advance.
