Or is it just as bad as it was last year (yes I know, it's only been a few days in difference)?
Thanks for any words of caution or encouragement.

I've been frustrated by them a lot. But you really can't beat the rates, and I still think they have the best non-api solution. So, for now, I guess there's not a lot of choice. MarcD 01-03-2003, 10:41 AM Iopened a ticket last week took about 4-5 hours for response. I was satisfied with that, but I think they have fixed some of there support problems phpcoder 01-03-2003, 11:36 AM Short answer: No Long answer: No Recommend: No Sorry, but they are horrible. We are packing our bags and getting out as fast as we can. HostDirs.com 01-03-2003, 12:22 PM I went into 2checkout.com as excited as a kid in a candy store and even went so far as to write a feature on one of my sites recommending them to other hosts. It was a mistake. Their system has some bugs here and there, but honestly I think their biggest fault is they don't care too much about their customers. They use a support forum for support - but messages go unanswered and are often just deleted rather than addressed. A warning to hosts - it seems their new refund / dispute policies - all one of your customers has to do is call 2checkout and say "i did not like the service and want a refund" and they will give it without asking you first. I've worked with 2 hosts in the past few months that have had this happen to - one's excuse was "his mom was making him cancel the order". I'd say spend the money and take the time messing with all that dreaded paperwork that comes with getting a merchant account - in the long run you will appreciate being more in control of your money. intraweb 01-03-2003, 12:31 PM Don't waste your time, you are going to end up switching anyhow eventually...
