1)mod_perl included
2)SSI with exec command
3)and possibly FAST CGI

Well, time to talk about myself :)

We offer CGI/Perl as mod_perl, SSI with exec command (from anywhere in your site, for both CGIs and SSIs)

We have no problem installing needed perl modules either, if they are recognized to be stable and safe.

Of course, this is the company I work for, so I am not the best to talk about wich one is better or not, but I think we are doing good.
