Has anyone noticed the pageviews on the famous host list that Chicken started last November?
Wow! Over 9 pages, and 175 replies, and 18,000 views!
Chicken...That has to be a TOP post record!

On the other hand, (I might be the only one who thinks this) reading that thread is a little bit too much and a waste of time for me. With such too many information, I do think it is no longer effective. Some hosts in the middle or close to the end of list may get lost in the crowd and never really got people attention. Only hosts in the beginning/end of the list will most likely be benefited by this ...
Anyway, I am thinking we (or at least I am thinking to do this) should probably put this information in database so that people can do search on hosts here (only hosts that frequent/member/active on this board) based on some criteria (VDI/Alabanza based, price, etc). That will be much more effective. :)
cheers,

That's already in the works, in fact the administration-area for hosting companies was due out a few weeks ago however I've decided to delay it till the end of June, I'm sitting some exams again and need to devote a lot of time to them

I agree....Im just amazed at the views!
You make good point though about effectiveness..even if the listings would have been able to list pertinent info such as plans/pricing...people will get swallowed up with the numbers thing, and probably be more frustrated!
