they seem to provide a lot of features, but i wondered if anyone could give any feedback on personal experience of using them.

I think the ***'d out name should be indication enough, that means they've been banned for continually disobeying the rules or spamming.

Post the name with space between letters so we can see it.

matrix28, one is not suposed to defeat the purpose of the name-ban by posting the name in a mannor to make it appear. The unwritten exception, would be if *** scammed somebody. Then of course we would all like to know who that is.
It should also be noted that scammers are not neccessarily banned here, usually it's rule breakers, such as spammers. Most scammers, while not banned, are usually well known here, so always do a search on any host you are considering.

why would we want to see a name which is banned here ?
