yeah i guess that is what i am looking for... in a way....

but im more looking for something that will tell what my isp has open... not me.

because i need to find a port that they have open so i can get out.... or if you know of any way to get thru it...

and also i heard somthing of "port-hopping"

have you heard of that?

If your ISP has blocked port 25 can you not use port 26 and try it?

Google's first hit might have a few hints, and it even mentions spam:

In short, ISPs are respinsible for what their customers do with the connection they are provided. What if someone spams several billion addresses via their ISP? ISPs block everything out going on port 25 out of their networks so you can't do that. Than they force you to use their mail server and limit how much mail you can send out.
