Hi there

i was wondering if someone could give me some advice, when
customers in my web hosting business are complaining that they are getting "suspended accts".


If someone could clarify what I should in order to ensure things go smoothly that would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you're asking. Are you saying that when you suspend a customer's account, they complain about it?
