Have a look at the ORACLE wiki (http://wiki.oracle.com/page/Oracle+Database+Hosting+Companies).

From that list, I'd go with Jodohost.

Sorry, we no longer offer Oracle hosting, I don't think that list has been updated it a long time, I may just go see if they will accept my edit to that.

Hello,
Windows hosting providers usually offer MS SQL with their hosting plans. So, if you need some custom software/database get a VPS/Dedicated server and install what you wish on it.

Yeah, it's unusual for Oracle to be used outside of a dedicated corporate/collegiate environment. I was a bit surprised to even see it listed as offered by hosts. But equally NOT surprised to find that hosts like Jodo no longer offer it. I can't imagine the licensing and management costs will make it worthwhile long-term.

It is true, we spent a lot on the effort making a custom control panel and all, but it did not pay off really. There were a handful of clients but most people would inquire and want it, but at MySQL prices ;) That doesn't add up in the end.
We had to have a DBA on staff as they seemed to have many more SQL query help needs than a normal client (I'd imagine that is just due to the fact that there is less 'free online' forums and such devoted to it)
It was also not the easiest task just to ensure that the ORA drivers were on all the servers that we deployed, and they were more sensitive than other SQL/DB driver sets too.
I am not bad mouthing Oracle by any means, they are a great enterprise DB solution, but at the small business market I am not convinced that Postgres or MySQL 5.0+ isn't just the better solution for the vast majority.
It could also be said that we did not have the right clientele to make it at the time with a mostly personal/home business/small business shared/reseller base, and not an enterprise customer base.

I think the bottom line is that you will be hard pushed to find a shared Windows hosting company that offers Oracle.
Maybe 5 years ago you could find a few. But not really anymore. Scales of economy come into play.
The best option would be to use a VPS or dedicated server and manage your own Oracle installation. Or go for an enterprise level managed Oracle provider. You can find quite a few reputable ones with a google search.
One you probably won't go wrong with is rackspace. They offer managed Oracle.
Good luck with your search.
