I feel like changing adding a WHT signature.I want to keep it safe,so Where can I view all the restriction.

Sure, you can. In fact I preffer to see some prices listed as a guage rather than the "email us for price" I leave those fast, figuring if I have to ask, I can't afford it.
Anyway, be sure to specify a "basic" price, and other prices for additional work.
One site I had do a design for me said something like:
basic design $xx includes three changes.
Others I looked at said unlimited changes, but I wouldn't recomend unlimited, because people often change their mind.

The first line was added after I hit the submit reply button and saw that he had edited his question. Then I edited my answer, but I did it so fast, it didn't tag my post with "Last edited by . . . " Maybe I should type s l o w e r.
