I am running a raq4 and i am looking for an easy way to create subdomain from a web page (cgi, sheel script). I only need your help for adding the subdomain information to httpd.conf, creating the ftp account and adding an email redirection.
I do not care of having or not these domain in the raq4 management pannel.

I also need to know how to convert a password "azerty" to a crypted password for lnx "69e9f49900bdea20 ".

You should already have Jeff Bilicki's "shell tools" installed on your server, but you may want to get the most recent version at ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.sun.com/pub/users/jeffb/

There are command-line scripts to add/drop users, add/drop virtual sites, and suspend/unsuspend users and vsites. And they do it "properly" (adding config file entries _and_ PostgreSQL entries) so the UI will still work.
