I couldn't find this info on their site, and I'm too lazy to look for it.;)

I don't know either. I signed up a year ago, but have never used it. My buddy lives on ebay though, and when they had their free listing day, he put up everything but his house. When I asked him why 'free listing' day was so great, he said a car is about $30 to list, and other items have an initial fee plus comission when they sell.
This makes me wonder how people can make money selling stuff when I see auctions starting at $1 or less. I figured I'd leave that for the big dogs like my buddy to figure out.

I thought I was lazy. Cool.

Non-refundable Insertion Fee for listing your item on eBay

Starting Price,
Opening Value or
Reserve Price Insertion Fee
$0.01 - $9.99 $0.30
$10.00 - $24.99 $0.55
$25.00 - $49.99 $1.10
$50.00 - $199.99 $2.20
$200.00 and up $3.30

Plus if it sells:
Closing Value Final Value Fee
$0 - $25 5.25% of the closing value
$25 - $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31),
plus 2.75% of the remaining closing value balance ($25.01 to $1,000)
Over $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31),
plus 2.75% of the initial $25 - $1000 ($26.81),
plus 1.50% of the remaining closing value balance ($1000.01 - closing value)

Cars, real estate, etc. is different and I don't know what those are and I'm also to lazy to look that up!

What if I put my reserve at $10, but the auction goes to $100?

I assume you pay 55cents ($10.00 - $24.99 $0.55 ) plus 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31), plus 2.75% of the remaining closing value balance ($25.01 to $1,000)

:D

Doing the maths (yes, I sell on eBay too), it would be:

Listing fee (if you start at US$10) = US$0.55
Final value fee (if auction ends at US$100) = US$3.37

Total = US$4.68

Guess that should be it ;)
