I called someone I know a bit (theone that has had 18 different hosts) to let him know about this site. As it turns out, he just got a dedicated server with an established name in computing, though they are new at hosting (only about 3 weeks according to him).

Their prices, especially for powerful dedicated servers (RAID arrays and multiple SCSI disks), are amazingly low, probably the lowest in the industry by several hundred dollars. Of course, they have a slight advantage, they make some of the hardware. What company is it? Dell.

Check out http://dellhost.com/ They have shared server hosting as well as dedicated and co-located servers. There is a hint that NT hosting may be available, though there site seems vague on this.

The prices are phenomenal, though watch the setup and recurring charges, and be sure to factor those in to any comparison. Their support charges are $175 hourly, which is a bit high also.
