I'm quite confused with my bandwith usage on my ded. server at VO.
My MRTG stats show that my total outgoing traffic this month is about 31 GB, which I feel is rather much, since I only have about 20 very small sites on my server. These are all just simple small personal sites, with only 300 visits each month.
But when I use WHM (5.3.0), and I check the bandwith usage, I can read that the total 'HTTP/POP3/FTP Outgoing Bandwidth Usage' is only 2.4 gigabytes...
According to my friends (their sites are on my server), most of their sites don't use more than 400mb of traffic/mo, at least according to cPanel... So 20 sites x 400mb = 8gigabytes (and that's what I think is the absolute maximum).
I'm confused, very confused to say the least.. Could you please explain to me in detail how all this bandwith monitoring works? I'm lost
