......Billing software and Helpdesk software?

Are their any good free ones? Do you think these software are too important for get free? Please link the software with a url if possible and explain your reasoning.

Not too many if you consider it worth only 3 hours of your time. Might wanna try searching...

Sorry, I have tried searching but haven't found any that are free but I will try searching again. I was asking in hopes that someone here has found one they seems to like. Seems maybe I was too quick on the second reply but this has been the best web community I've seen so far and I usually get replies within half an hour of posting my question.
