I would like to know where I can find a full comprehensive document(s) on making a linux server rock solid and intrusion proof.

Do note, I have already been through posts like

which deal on the surface and generic level of do's and don'ts.

Those are valid points but nevertheless

I really want to know where can I find articles or even books which are written by experienced certified server admins which deal with issues about hacking and making a server bulletproof.

Any pointers will be greatly and truly appreciated.

try looking on google. but the DOCs you will find most likely aren't helpfull to make secure enough server. you will need your mind, expirience, unix man, gcc.
the best way to build secure server is to configure everything yourself, but you need expirience. or if you have unix guru near - ask them :)

btw, I'm starting writing few articles on how to configure software to make it secure. when I will have some written I will let you know. those articles will be based on my expirience.

Certainly, tldp.org is a great site! Also the book I passed along is a great reference, mabye a little outdated but still a great reference.
