Anyone knows where I can get the manual?
I looked everywhere and these are the only places where I found something:
http://www.www-hosting.net/cpanel.pdf
http://www.www-hosting.net/whm.pdf
http://www.cpanel.net/manual/
But they all have errors and cannot even be viewed?
Any suggestions?

I can view those pages just fine. Maybe you have a problem with your adobe acrobat.

Can you view:
http://www.www-hosting.net/cpanel.pdf
All of the pages? About half of them are unreadable.
What about this one:
http://www.cpanel.net/manual/
Can you see anything there?
It might be me

I just did a reinstall of my puters OS and read cpanel just fine.
BUT when you get to into the 70's you do get an error, which was always there, ever since i had the manuals. I just hit OK and it works fine
I can't even see it past page 20!

I can get to page 84 without problems. I'm using adobe 5.0
Just downloaded Acrobat 5, installed it in a fresh machine and I keep getting the same error messages. Cannot even read half the document. The CPanel is the problem, the WHM manual .pdf file is fine.

Hi All,
I have been recently talking with several companies about reselling/dedicated services. I have searched here and other forums, and still can't get the answer I am looking for...so here goes...
If I use WHM to create my "packages" to sell, when the customer see's his CPanel....does it only show the items that are sold on his package....or does the panel show all of the options/functions?
Thanks for the help.
:)
I don't really know. I am very new at using CPanel and WHM, I think all the options are available in the CPanel even if they are not chosen during the account setup. I guess it will not allow the user to do certain things, but the user will see the options there.
